OnAir Displays

A font in rememberance of inky wartime headlines on paper + the golden ageof radio broadcasts.

Somewhere between a rushed press run, an alert by shortwave radio, an urgent demand on a hand drawn placard... This abbreviated type set conveys the utilitarian but comforting strength of messaging during + after WWI. It looks like a hand-set letterpress; it smells like old books + newspapers hot off the press; and it feels like a call-to-action.
